The CW eyes up a new DC TV Series… and it could be important

October 23rd, 2017 by Marc Comments

Oooooooh… a new DC character is coming to The CW and she could be a big one!

Yes Traci 13 and her father, Dr Terrence Thirteen, is coming to The CW with Elizabeth Banks producing.

Titled “Project 13,” the one-hour drama would center on Traci, a twenty-something forensic scientist and believer in the paranormal who discovers her own hidden extra-sensory abilities when she joins her estranged, skeptic father to investigate mysterious cases of the paranormal and unexplained phenomena. Traci and Dr. Thirteen have appeared in multiple comics within the DC Universe, including “Flashpoint” and “Batman.”

Traci, being a supernatural character, was actually set to appear in Constantine if the series had continued as she was featured in an unfilled script. Her connection to John Constantine is interesting as we have been suggesting that, with Matt Ryan returning as Constantine for Legends of Tomorrow as well as his own animated short series (here), The CW may have plans to bring Constantine back to The Arrowverse in a big way.. might he be part of Project 13?

At the moment it’s not even confirmed that the series will even be linked to Arrow, Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl but might exist on its own like the upcoming Black Lightning… however, with the Black Lightning cast all hinting that they may crossover with Arrow et al eventually (here) we get the feeling it’s more likely than not that that universe is about to get an exciting new addition.

Let us know your thoughts, gang…
