WATCH: First teaser and poster for The Last of Us season 2

We have our first look at The Last of Us season 2, finally!

Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey return as Joel and Ellie in 2025 as promised by the new poster above and teaser below.

We also get our first look at Beetlejuice and Schitt’s Creek star Catherine O’Hara in a mystery role in the second season of the hit show.

“The Last of Us” begins 20 years after modern civilization has collapsed. A fungus, Cordyceps unilateralis, has led humanity to destruction in a matter of weeks, ravaging entire countries and condemning survivors to a miserable existence in safe zones run by the Federal Disaster Response Agency (F.E.D.R.A.), a government organization operating in the United States.

While we have no full release date yet, I’d imagine there’s going to be a lot of news and dates released in the coming few weeks.
