WATCH: Horrid trailer arrives for Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events season 3

November 15th, 2018 by Marc Comments

It’s here… the trailer and release date for Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events season 3 has arrived and they’re ghastly.

So, the tragic story of the Baudelaire orphans will come to an end on January 1st, 2019.

And once again, it will star Neil Patrick Harris as Count Olaf, Patrick Warburton as Snicket and Malina Weissman, Louis Hynes, and Presley Smith as Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire.

Showrunner Barry Sonnenfeld says season 3 will have “a lot of action, and the kids have become much more proactive and less victims.”

The season will focus on the last four books in the series: The Slippery Slope, The Grim Grotto, The Penultimate Peril, and The End and we’re confident this is a horrendous way to begin 2019.

Check out the trailer below:

A Series Of Unfortunate Events is finally coming to a close – but not before ruining 2019. Watch sworn enemies Lemony Snicket and Count Olaf deliver a Very Fateful Date for ASOUE season 3.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
