A new trailer has dropped for Doctor Who season 2 and I’ve been here before, I know, but this looks pretty darned solid.
Picking up from an abysmal season 1 and an not bad Christmas Special, this new batch of eight episodes will see Ncuti Gatwa’s Doctor teaming up with new companion Belinda Chandra played by Varada Sethu – Sethu briefly appeared in season 1 as a different character and it seems the Doctor is aware of this, meaning we could be in a similar scenario as Matt Smith’s Doctor face with Clara, played by Jenna Coleman.
Paul McGann set for return to TARDIS in new Doctor Who series?
Anyway, it’s a good looking trailer but I’m trying not to get my hopes up about it.
The official X account recently revealed the titles of all the episodes in season 2:
THE ROBOT REVOLUTION Written by Russell T Davies, directed by Peter Hoar
LUX Written by Russell T Davies, directed by Amanda Brotchie
THE WELL Written by Russell T Davies & Sharma Angel Walfall, directed by Amanda Brotchie

Russell T Davies doesn’t sound so sure Doctor Who will get a third series anymore
