WATCH: Rick & Morty season 7 trailer drops and it features the mysterious new voice actors

September 25th, 2023 by Marc Comments

The trailer for Rick and Morty Season 7 is here and you’ll be forgiven if you notice something is amiss.

The trailer for the new series, which drops on October 15th, was released today by Adult Swim and features the new voices for the main characters after co-creator Justin Roiland was dismissed recently.

However, who the new voices belong to, is a mystery and Adult Swim isn’t revealing who it is just yet: “We want the show to speak for itself,” said an Adult Swim spokesperson, “We believe in the strength of the season and our new voices and we want to preserve the viewing experience for fans.”

The Guest star Dan Stevens has replaced Roiland on sister-show Solar Opposites on Hulu but who is playing Rick and Morty? Well, that’s as much your guess as it is mine.

To be fair, the voices sound pretty good but they aren’t exactly right in places and it’s very noticeable… will it put off fans? I hope not because it’s still one of my favourite shows on the telly.

Will you be watching?

Thoughts? I know you have them! Voice-off in the usual ways on FTN’s FacebookTwitter and Instagram

Rick and Morty are back and sounding more like themselves than ever! It’s season seven, and the possibilities are endless: what’s up with Jerry? EVIL Summer?! And will they ever go back to the high school?! Maybe not! But let’s find out! There’s probably less piss than last season. Rick and Morty, 100 years! Or at least until season 10!

This is not a hologram. Rick and Morty Season 7 premieres October 15th @ 11pm on [adult swim].
