For those of you who loved The Haunting of Hill House last year – I’ve not had a chance yet but heard nothing but great things – it looks like the new story – The Haunting of Bly Manor – will have a few treats in store too.
Showrunner Mike Flannaghan has made it clear that the new series isn’t a sequel but rather, much like the American Horror Story series, it will be an anthology and will have all the same cast as Hill House back but in new roles.
For example, twins Luke and Nell actors Victoria Pedretti and Oliver Jackson-Cohen have new roles in this story, as will Catherine Parker, Henry Thomas, Kate Siegel, Catherine Parker, Amelia Eve, T’Nia Miller, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth and Amelie Smith – all of whom are in undisclosed roles as of now.
Whatever they play, this debuts in October and looks like ideal Halloween viewing… just, why did it have to be dolls?!
Anyway, check out the new trailer below and prepare to be spooked…
