Ok, so you may remember a few day s ago we posted new images from the Ghostbusters reboot toy line that we suspected gave us a look at two big villains in the movie (here).
Well we have an update….
This image…
… is reportedly confirmed as depicting the main villain in the movie – according to Bleedingcool he’s ‘Rowan’s Ghost’.
So we’re putting one and one together and getting five here, but we’re guessing Neill Casey’s villain is called Rowan and at some point he becomes, yes, a ghost.
We aren’t sure how we feel about this – he looks like the ghost in the no-ghost logo – will this be the origins of the no-ghost logo in the movie or perhaps that’s why he takes this form, to mock the Ghostbusters?? – but he doesn’t feel like a Ghostbusters ghost to us.
Now, obviously we have no idea what the look and feel of the new movie will be, so we’re holding off being too critical… but we are honestly a little lost about it.
Will he Mr Stay Puft sized, perhaps?
Oh and Slimer is in the movie too… here’s a toy.
