Recently, I had the honor of interviewing Greg Pak about his upcoming children’s book The Princess Who Saved Herself, which is based on the Jonathan Coulton song. You can check out the full interview here.

Shortly after the interview Mr. Pak started a Kickstarter for his book, so that he could print hardcover copies for any who wanted one. In a few short weeks the campaign has gotten over $100,000 worth of pledges! Reaching every stretch goal they had set for themselves. The campaign has entered its final day, so if you want to help make this story an even bigger success, or you just want to read an epic story about a princess who saved herself, now is the time to do so!

“If you told me a couple of years ago that someday I’d be printing thousands of copies of a book based on my song about a princess, I never would have believed you,” says Coulton. “This is the second time our backers have conjured up a real thing out of thin air, and I’m amazed and grateful all over again.”

You can check out the Kickstarter here!

Oh, and if you want to get a preview of the story…just check this out!
