Well, with Dark Knight III being a pretty good read we’re all wondering if Frank Miller is done with Batman. It appears not.

At the recent Brazil’s CCXP comic book show Miller made it clear that in fact it is Brian Azzarello who wrote the newest instalment in the Dark Knight books and also, very interestingly, he (Miller) would like to write a Superman book where Batman, Bruce Wayne, is the villain.

Given how Miller wrote the quintessential conflict between the two behemoths and always from Batman’s point of view, it might be cool to see it from Superman’s side where Batman is much more of villain in Superman’s opinion. Or perhaps an ‘Elseworlds’ type story where Batman/Bruce Wayne is essentially the Lex Luthor of the story.

Anyway, will this be Dark Knight IV? Or maybe Man of Steel I? Or nothing at all? We’ll wait and see but it’s still a novel idea.

Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife.
