Hello and welcome to the latest episode of the Following the Nerd show.

On the show this week we’ll have lot of ground to cover as we were off last week, but I assure you, we got this.

First up, we’re going to be talking to actor Anthony Ingruber. Long time listeners to the show will remember Anthony and his fascination with Harrison Ford – totally understandable – and he’ll be telling us how his first major movie role is a dream come through.

We’ll be telling you how we know the Batman V Superman trailer will be out long before Mad Max Fury Road hits in May. And we’ll have some very cool news about BvS and a major character who‘ll possibly be a big part of Batman’s past.

Plus, we’re big TRON fans on the show and we have very cool news about TRON 3.

In other news, we’ll be talking Daredevil, The Thing and why there’s not a post credits scene on Avengers: Age of Ultron.

And, in related Marvel news. is one of our favourite actors/people/Ghostbusters close to becoming part of the Marvel movie universe?

Plus, we’ll be talking Fast and Furious 7 and what we thought of it… and the week wouldn’t be complete if we hadn’t a wee bit of star wars news too.

We’ll also have Stuart from the Monday Movie Show Podcast on with the latest movie news and boxoffice top ten countdown.

As always, I’m your host Marc and with me once more in the studio I have the man who has so many Daleks he was arrested just last week under the terrorism act for suspicion of building an invading army. He’s so tough he went to see fast and furious 7 this week… and laughed at the end.

His family know him as Stephen but to everyone else he’s known simply as… Saxon.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
