Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman contract is for three films

January 22nd, 2014 by Irwin Fletcher Comments

Actress Gal Gadot, cast in the iconic role of Wonder Woman, has revealed today to Israeli entertainment show Good Evening with Gai Pines that her contract is for three feature films.

So I guess we can assume Batman vs Superman, Justice League, and a Wonder Woman solo film. Although, it should be noted that multi-picture deals tend to be the norm for big screen franchises and such a contract is not a definite sign of anything in development yet.

Batman vs. Superman (or whatever) was scripted by David S. Goyer from a story he co-created with Zack Snyder, with rewrites by Chris Terrio. Snyder is directing. Man of Steel‘s Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman in the film, Ben Affleck is Bruce Wayne/Batman and Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman. Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane will also reprise their roles in the sequel.

It is scheduled to hit theaters on May 6th, 2016.

You can check out Gadot’s comments below, but the show is in Hebrew.
