Harley Quinn is one of the most popular villains in the DC Universe and has always been a favorite among fans to potentially appear in a live action Batman film. But for some reason or another it just hasn’t happened yet. Well If Warner Bros. ever decide to go this route, they have the perfect actress who wants to take it on!
In an interview with Esquire, Battlestar Galactica and Riddick star Katee Sackhoff revealed that she really wants the role:
“I love Harley Quinn. I do. I just love it. It’s not been done before. It’s this fantastic mix. I mean, it’s like the female Joker. Who wouldn’t want to do that? Quite potentially — it’s not around so I wouldn’t feel the weight of it — I’d probably sell my first born at this point to do that.”
Of course Batman’s next film appearance will be in the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman in Summer of 2015. But after that he’ll need a solo movie won’t he? What about facing off against the Joker and Harley Quinn?
