Marc Webb is back on Twitter, now on day 55 of production on The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The tease of the day? You can check it out above, it features a chart of the anatomy of what Webb has dubbed “Patient Zero”.
Of course when this hit Twitter, fans immediately jumped the Venom bandwagon, but we are pretty sure that character won’t be a part of the movie. So what is Patient Zero? It would seem that Oscorp are doing some type of genetic experiments with arachnids on someone they’ve nicknamed Patient Zero. My other thought is maybe Richard Parker’s original experiment? Let us know if you have any theories.

The film also stars Shailene Woodley, Colm Feore, Paul Giamatti, Sally Field and Chris Cooper and it swings into theaters May 2, 2014.
