February 1st, 2013 by Marc Comments

We had already know that Mark Wahlberg and Ted would make an appearance at the Oscars, but now it has been confirmed that they will be presenters as well.

While the producers of the forthcoming show wouldn’t elaborate on plans for the duo, producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said: “We are happy to make it possible for Mark and Ted to make their debut appearance on the Oscar stage. And we won’t deny that Ted used his pull with our host to get himself the booking.”

“I’m excited to present an Oscar with Mark Wahlberg,” said Ted. “I’m spending the next month learning to pronounce ‘Quvenzhan’.'”

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences also brought online a new promo for the Oscars’ tribute to the James Bond movie franchise which you can watch above.

The Oscars will take place on Sunday, February 24, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane.
