Earlier today Empire released four new photos from Captain America: The Winter Soldier and one from Ridley Scott’s Exodus. Now they have debuted new behind-the-scenes photos of X-Men: Days of Future Past and Dawn of The Planet of the Apes.

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past – to save our future.

Bryan Singer has managed to gather an impressive cast which includes James McAvoy, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Ellen Page, Halle Berry, Shawn Ashmore, Nicholas Hoult, Hugh Jackman, Peter Dinklage, Patrick Stewart, Omar Sy, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Boo Boo Stewart, Adan Canto, Evan Peters, Josh Helman, and Lucas Till.

X-Men: Days of Future Past is set to be released in theaters on May 22nd, 2014 in the UK and May 23rd in the US.

A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.

Directed by Matt Reeves with a script from Scott Z. Burns, Amanda Silver, Rick Jaffa and Mark Bomback,  Dawn of the Planet of the Apes continues the story that began in 2011′s Rise of the Planet of the Apes and the cast includes Andy Serkis, Jason Clarke, Gary Oldman, Keri Russell, Toby Kebbell, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Enrique Murciano, Kirk Acevedo and Judy Greer.

Dawn comes to theaters on July 11th, 2014 in the US and on July 17th in the UK.
