WATCH: Alien Isolation “Behind the Terror” video offers new gameplay footage

SEGA has released a new behind-the-scenes video for the upcoming video game Alien: Isolation.

Along with getting a good look at the game in action, the video also has commentary from the UK studio Creative Assembly development team, who discuss the AI controlling the Xenomorph.

According to the design team, the iconic Xenomorph in Alien Isolation is intended to be:

“intelligent, unpredictable and dangerous.”

15 years after the events of Alien, Ellen Ripley’s daughter, Amanda enters a desperate battle for survival, on a mission to unravel the truth behind her mother’s disappearance.As Amanda, you will navigate through an increasingly volatile world as you find yourself confronted on all sides by a panicked, desperate population and an unpredictable, ruthless Alien.Underpowered and underprepared, you must scavenge resources, improvise solutions and use your wits, not just to succeed in your mission, but to simply stay alive

Alien: Isolation will be released later this year for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
