A beautiful poster for next year’s Superman movie has arrived!
The poster from artist George Quadros is for CCXP Brazil which runs from December 5th- 8th and features Superman stopping an out of control locomotive.
Interestingly, we know that the first trailer for Superman is due in December and I’d bet we might see it on the fifth because that’s the day CCXP kicks off and it’s also the day that Creature Commandos, the first official entry in the new DCU from James Gunn and Peter Safran, airs, so they might use the day to launch the trailer too, getting maximum eyes on the DCU on that day.

Gunn’s DCU will kick off in full with the new Superman but the Man of Steel will be coming into a world already fully populated with heroes, villains, aliens and everything in between with the likes of Milly Alcock already cast as Supergirl, joining others such as Nathan Fillion’s Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Xolo Maridueña’s Jaime Reyes/Blue Beetle and Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl to name but a few.
The DCU kicks off with Creature Commandos animated series later this year, with Superman being the first big-screen entry in July 2025.
