We all know that, long before the Agents of SHIELD TV series, Agent Phil Coulson was a big part of the MCU before his real/not real death in the first Avengers movie.
Well, we also know that since then, while Coulson and the SHIELD team have been having loads of adventures – including meeting Ghost Rider – SHIELD has pretty much stopped existing in the MCU movies given the events of Captain America: Winter Soldier.
However, Infinity War could be the one to turn that all around.
It appears that Randall Park (Fresh Off The Boat) will play Jimmy Woo in the next Avengers. Woo was the boss at SHIELD long before Phil Coulson in the original comic stories but recently he’s been a member of Agents of ATLAS (read about them here).
While his role in the movie isn’t clear, we’re hoping that the events of Infinity War will be big enough to tie the whole MCU together.
