ComicBookMovie.com are reporting that academy award nominated actress Glenn Close is eager to return to her role as Nova Prime Irani Rael in a Guardians of the Galaxy sequel.
Speaking to USA Today the actress revealed that staring in the first film reminded her of Star Wars in that the characters didn’t take themselves seriously. She went on to say “When you play a character who (the audience) love and are amused by, hopefully they’ll see more of you. Especially at this point in my career, it’s fantastic. To be in the beginning of literally a whole new universe for people is really fun.”
