June 15th, 2015 by Marc Comments

Uh oh, Variety have just reported that actor Jack Huston  has “dropped out” of The Crow reboot…

The Boardwalk Empire actor was cast in the remake of the movie, where he played the role made famous by Brandon Lee in the original movie.

Director Corin Hardy said: “Jack Huston is unfortunately unavailable to continue with us on The Crow… The Crow’ is an amazing project, and I am grateful that we have the time and patience to get it right. We look forward to unveiling our new lead and starting to film over the next several weeks.”

It’s already rumoured that Nicholas Hoult and Jack O’Connell are being sought to play the lead role by Relativity Studios who are also looking to cast Forest Whitaker in another role in the movie.

Relativity released the following statement: “Jack is a remarkably gifted actor, and we look forward to working with him in the future. Corin Hardy has a tremendous vison for The Crow, and we are working closely with him to continue prepping the movie and supporting him as he brings his vision to the big screen.”

Is this the end of The Crow? Should it be? We want to hear your thoughts, guys n’ gals…
