After successfully reviving the Star Wars franchise with The Force Awakens, JJ Abrams isn’t prepared to sit back and count his millions. But no, he’s making another epic-sounding space movie.

The project in question is called God Particle which according to Entertainment Weekly (Via Squareeyed), focuses on a team of astronauts who make a “terrifying discovery that challenges everything they know about the fabric of reality.” We’re sold.

Nigerian director Julius Onah will occupy the directing hotseat, and the movie is written by Oren Uziel with help from Star Trek Beyond’s Doung Jung.

So, instead of a post-Star Wars holiday, Abrams is busying himself with 10 Cloverfield Lane, Star Trek Beyond and this in the capacity of a producer. He’s a busy man. It’s not easy being JJ.
