While we are all still sad about the loss of Leonard Nimoy, we can only imagine how his son feels. Anyone who has lost a loved one will know; but it looks like he’s finding a creative way to deal with his sorrow.
Adam Nimoy, son of Leonard Nimoy, is planning to produce and direct a documentary titled For the Love of Spock, Variety reports.
Modern Spock, Zachary Quinto will narrate the documentary which will also be produced by David Zappone, the owner and president of Paramount-based 455 Films.Willaim Shatener, Captain Kirk himself, has agreed to appear in it too.
Nimoy said: “This will be a tribute to my dad and Spock. We have plenty to work from because my dad loved telling stories and he was very fond of the role.
“I was struck with the outpouring of affection for him after he died, so this feels like the right thing to do.”
The Documentary will be released next year to coincide with Trek’s 50th aniversary.
