The track listing has been revealed for the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story score and, unlike previous scores – cough Phantom Menace cough – it’s pretty spoiler free.
While it will be weird not having Williams scoring – after all, he’s a part of Star Wars – it will be interesting to hear what life long fan Michael Giacchino does in this universe.
It’s also worth pointing out that the final track is called Guardians of the Whills, which is clearly a reference to The Journal of the Whills, first mentioned in the original Star Wars novel and from the mind of George Lucas directly. The journal was a historical document that chronicles the history of that galaxy far, far away.
