Ok, this is not a sure thing, more like a contingency for what may come. Ok?
So, with Star Trek 3 FINALLY starting production, it’s only a matter of time before people start wondering if this will be the last Star Trek movie. Obviously, if it bombs in theaters, it will be. But, if it does well enough, and the fanbase wants more…then it will more than likely happen.
With that in mind, Paramount has signed Chris Pine (Kirk) and Zachary Quinto (Spock) to a fourth film should it arise. The rest of the Enterprise crew aren’t signed yet, but it may only be a matter of time.
