OK, so we’ve known for a while there may well be a Spaceballs 2: The Search for More Money coming and now, thanks to the guys at Minespress, we can confirm it’s happening…
The blog spotted the above teaser posters for the movie, as they write, on the way home from work: “We normally don’t blog about things we see on our way to work, but when you witness over 30 “Spaceballs 2 – The Search For More Money” Teaser Posters hanging on the walls in a lower Manhattan subway station, you better blog about it!”
We are struck by the image’s depiction of Dark Helmet and its similarity to Darth Vader’s destroyed mask in The Force Awakens… funny that, huh?
Anyway, there’s still very little known about the movie but we hope that Bill Pullman, Rick Moranis and the rest of the surviving cast will be back to pass the torch on for Mel Brooks’ sequel.
