Looks like Joe Casey and Chris Burnham’s ultra-violent comic book one shot Officer Downe is set for the big screen and may have cast its lead already…
According to Deadline, Sons of Anarchy’s Kim Coates (below) will play the Officer himself.
Crank producers Mark Neveldine and Skip Williamson are working on the script along with creator Joe Casey.
The Image Comics’ book tells the story of Officer Downe who is pretty much invincible and on a mission to stop the gangsters that rule the city he polices.
