One of the biggest mysteries surrounding Avengers: Infinity War was who is Peter Dinklage going to be?
The earliest theory was that he was going to be Pip the Troll, then he was going to be a The Watcher but now after weeks of internet speculation it looks like the surprise has been spoiled by a clip shown on a morning talk show.
The Russos had previously said thAT Dinklage would be “recognisable” in Infinity War but “It may take you a beat or two, but you’ll certainly recognize him.”
Then, earlier this week, Good Morning America aired a clip for the upcoming movie (below) and during it you can make up the dulcet tones of Mr Dinklage as Corvus Glaive who, along with his wife Proxima Midnight, are members of Thanos’ Black Order who are tasked with stealing The Vision’s mind stone.
Proxima Midnight has already been confirmed to be both played and voiced by The Leftovers star Carrie Coon.
With only days to go to the release of Infinity War why are Marvel letting information like this slip? Why not reveal the info weeks ago or just not reveal it at all especially in such a meaning less way?
