WATCH: Three new Wonder Woman TV Spots arrive

May 1st, 2017 by Marc Comments

Over the past few days there’s been a bit of a kerfuffle on social networks – particularly Twitter – the Warner Bros haven’t been putting out an publicity material for Patty Jenkins’ upcoming Wonder Woman movie.

Firstly, there’s been posters, trailers, images, toys, and loads more but we do think, given that the movie is still a full month away, that we have yet to see the bulk of the publicity.

And, we also reckon that there’s a good chance that Warners/DC were waiting for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 to be released before they released all their TV spots etc.

And, as if to prove us right, here are three new TV Spots for the movie featuring loads of new footage including the first look at David Thewlis’ Ares, the god of war.

Check them out and let us know your thoughts in all the usual ways…

Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui.

Wonder Woman will be in theaters June 2, 2017.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
