It was only a matter of time to be honest, but the reboot for the Tomb Raider movie series is now more-or-less underway. And now, they have a writer for the script.
Evan Daugherty, who you may know as the writer of the recent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie, along with the upcoming G.I. Joe 3 film, has been confirmed to be writing the script for the reboot.
The timing for which is not lost on most fans. As the game series recently went through a successful reboot as well. Time will tell if the movie will follow what the game will, or paint its own picture like before.
