Hail to the king, baby, hail to the king!

Ash, Bruce Campbell – like you didn’t know – is back in this awesome image from Ash Vs Evil Dead Season 2 and he’s got the whole team with him.

Along with Ash is last season’s villain Ruby (Lucy Lawless) who now seems as if she’s part of the team along with Pablo (Ray Santiago) and Kelly (Dana DeLorenzo).

We loved the first season and were amazed at how true an Evil Dead TV show it actually was, with all the laughs, gore and ‘what the hell’ moments we could have ever wanted… so we’re giggly at the idea of this coming back.

The second season roars back into action with Ash leaving his beloved Jacksonville and returning to his hometown of Elk Grove. There, he confronts Ruby. The former enemies have to form an uneasy alliance as Elk Grove soon becomes the nucleus of evil.
Aside from the quartet above, season two will feature Lee Majors as Ash’s dad, Brock Williams; Ted Raimi as Ash’s childhood buddy, Chet; and Michelle Hurd as Ash’s doomed high school sweetheart, Linda.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
