With the Defenders done and Agents of SHIELD wrapping up, Marvel are looking for some fresh shows and ideas for this next stage of their universe, and a part of it looks like it’ll be animated.
Marvel are currently in talks with Floyd Country, AKA the people who make the animated hit show Archer, and this can only be good news.
Nothing is known as of yet to what project they will be working on with so many new ones announced at Comic Con this year, however, earlier this year we did also get news that Marvel Television is also working with Hulu on some other animated projects such as Howard the Duck being done by Kevin Smith, the one man who can travel between Marvel and DC, along with a few other animated projects.
It isn’t known as to what Floyd Country will be working on, whether its gonna be one of the many projects already announced, or could they possibly be doing Marvel’s What If series, and if that’s the case will we finally get an animated Marvel show that’s not G rated.
One thing is for sure though and that’s I can’t wait to see what they do with this, and then the possibility of having a Superhero coma series in Archer and have him in an Ironman suit since they’ll have the rights.
