We just reported a few minutes ago that The CW has cast its Lois Lane for this year’s big Christmas Arrowverse crossover (here) and now we can report another major DC lady has been cast for the event… Nora Fries, the wife of the one and only Victor Fries AKA Mr Freeze!
Yellow and NCIS actress Cassandra Jean Amell will play Nora in the three night event kicking off The Flash at on Sunday, December 9th, Arrow on December 10th and lastly Supergirl on December 11th.
Amell, you may have guessed is wife of actor Stephen Amell, Oliver Queen AKA Arrow himself in the show. So it should be awkward when he getting up and close and personal with Felicity.
We jest.
The event this year will introduce Batwoman in the shape of Ruby Rose and will see the årrowverse heading to Gotham for the first time, so it’s not totally mind-blowing to have a big Batman character appear. Although we’re hearing that Freeze himself will not be appearing.
Wut?!
Anyway, with news of Lois Lane earlier tonight and now Nora Fries, we’ll be watching with great attention to see who else will be cast in the show, always expanding the Arrowverse.
