So, we all know that Kevin Conroy, the voice of Batman in Batman: The Animated Series and the Arkham games, will be playing an older version of Bruce Wayne in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover in the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event on The CW later this year.
Which is awesome news.
But almost immediately, people wondered if Mark Hamill would be in the crossover as The Joker, having been well-known as the character in the same series and games.
And, if the new rumour is to be believed, he will.
Kapownews is reporting that Hamill has been cast in the series: “Reports are coming in saying that Mark Hamill has been cast as The Joker for the upcoming Arrowverse crossover “Crisis on Infinite Earths”.”
Now, full disclosure, I cannot conform this but, if true, it’s not only fantastic news – the star has played The Trickster in The Flash before (above) – but it wouldn’t surprise me in the least as it really seems that The CW is pulling out all the stops for this year’s event.
