Tom Ellis signs on for sixth season of Lucifer

March 8th, 2020 by Marc Comments

Further to our report a few weeks back that Netflix were hoping to extend Lucifer to a sixth season and not the final fifth as previously planned, it looks like the deal is all but done. A deal with the devil, if you will…

It seems that Tom Ellis, Lucifer himself, has finalised the deal for season 6 – which we know will please a lot of our readers – and as well as the star, both showrunner/executive producers Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson have signed up along with several other cast members.

Lucifer was originally canceled by FOX after three seasons and Netflix stepped in to give a fourth and final fifth season, but now it looks like six will be the show’s swan song with speculation being that this really will wrap the show.

But we all know, there’s no way to really stop the devil.

Let me know what you all think.
