SPOILERS lie within, if you don’t want to know Who is back just watch and read no further until afterwards… you have been warned

The BBC have released this new prequel to The Day of the Doctor and it’s quite fantastic for no other reason than we finally see Paul McGann back! (Hi-light to read)

The story sees the set-up for the events hinted at at the end of the last season and for what will come next Saturday night. I do believe this is ramped my excitement up to the roof… well played Stephen Moffat, it was good to see him back.

The Bringer of Darkness, the Oncoming Storm, the Doctor, the Warrior – A Time Lord! The 50th Anniversary features Matt Smith, David Tennant and a mysterious incarnation played by John Hurt. Only one appears in the mini episode, The Night of the Doctor. But which? 23.11.13

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….

It was amazing. Great to see Mcgann back for his last outing but hopefully dozens more audios to go. Fantastic just to see him again on screen. What an intro into the 50th anniversary special. We all should be at boiling point now. Loved the story, loved the choice and regeneration. Wow! Come on all who fans celebrate wooooohooooo!!!!
