It looks like we have a release date for Marvel and Netflix’s The Defenders series.
The video below, from the official Netflix YouTube channel, is called Midland Circle Security Elevator B and, if you look closely, you’ll see that, apart from the team all, em, standing in a lift (also, why is Daredevil wearing Iron Fist’s outfit – but that’s another topic altogether) has numbers in the top corned that indicate that the series will arrive on August 18th 2017.
Yes, we’ll have Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones) t uniting against a common enemy before the year’s end.
On top of this, we know that Daredevil Season 3 will begin filming before year’s end and that Jessica Jones Season 2 is currently filming.
The Marvel/Netflix superhero train shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.
