WATCH: New teaser for The Last Of Us season 2 arrives

A new teaser has arrived for the highly anticipated The Last of Us season 2, and it confirms that the hit show will return in April.

And, by the way, the cast for this, apart from Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey returning has Catherine O’Hara, Jeffery Wright and Kaitlyn Dever joining the cast, that’s a craving line-up for any movie, let alone a TV series.

One of the most exciting additions to the new season is Dever who plays the solider Abby, Dever is a cracking actress who I’ve been a fan of ever since she first appeared in Last Man Standing, so it’s always welcome seeing her appear in things.

The Last of Us” begins 20 years after modern civilization has collapsed. A fungus, Cordyceps unilateralis, has led humanity to destruction in a matter of weeks, ravaging entire countries and condemning survivors to a miserable existence in safe zones run by the Federal Disaster Response Agency (F.E.D.R.A.), a government organization operating in the United States.

Season 2 will air in April 2025.
