So, you know the way most competitions you have to answer a question? Or, at the other end of the spectrum you have to invent something really, really cool?

Well, our friends at LG have contacted us to see if any of you guys would like to win a very, very cool Ultralight laptop “gram” along with a 34UC87C LG UltraWide Monitor.

And all you have to do is get together all your art attack supplies and create your dream working station. Whatever you want to use is fine, so get out the the ‘ol school pencil case and plasticine/play-doh, because it’s time to let your imagination run riot… and the best part is that at the end of it all, you may win a prize that, frankly, is the cat’s pyjamas.

So, what do you do? Well read on and good luck…

Keeping up with tech innovation could mean time, hard work, and money. But has any of these reasons kept you from dreaming a cool PC station setup of your own? Well, it shouldn’t.

The UltraWide Festival 2015 – ‘Dream Setup’ is an online competition where participants introduce their computer setup ideas on Youtube and other social media channels.

The finalists get a chance to build their dream PC Setup with prize money of 10,000 US dollars.

Since the contest started in September, the festival has attracted much interest among tech enthusiasts and gamers.

LG have just finished choosing its top 30 semi-finalists for their presented works, which are open to public at www.ultrawidefestival.com.

Though this specific competition is now closed, there are still a lot of interesting events in store for those who found out about the event too little too late.

One of them is the “Cardboard Dream Setup.” We invite those that missed out on the opportunity but itching to show off their dream station ideas and to win some LG goodies. Instead of showing off your technology with actual hardware and gadgets, we want you to demonstrate your art and craft skills by creating your dream setup in cardboard. Time to get out the play dough, scissors and whatever tools you have left from pre-school and get creative! Three lucky winners will be chosen and they will be given LG’s latest Ultralight laptop “gram” along with a 34UC87C LG UltraWide Monitor.

LG will select the 20 semi-finalists based on the number of likes, comments and shares on participant’s original post. Everyone is welcome to participate regardless how much technological knowledge you have (or have not). Even those who have applied to the Dream Setup competition already can take their shot. We wish everyone good luck and may the best cardboard setup win!
