The dungeon crawler RPG, Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy is coming exclusively to Playstation Vita on the fifth of June this year in Europe. Before the American’s get their hands on it even. Nyuk Nyuk. Coming as a download on PSN but also in physical format for those of who like to feel the pictures of the cartoon girls with the big eyes and big swords and whathaveyou.

From the studio that brought you Demon Gaze, Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy is a sci-fi dungeon crawler RPG set in a near future Tokyo. Near Neo Tokyo. Genetically engineered monsters called ‘Variants’ have the city under perpetual threat not just but there is also the recent emergence of portals leading to a mysterious dimension called the Abyss, which does not sound comfy. The government has established the Code Physics Agency to investigate these phenomena. A unique group of teens <sigh> modified by the CPA’s Code technology must evade traps, destroy some powerful monsters and investigate the mystery behind the Abyss.

With a focus on customisation and intricate dungeons and gorgeous artwork there is 40+ hours of incredible gameplay in Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy.
