Yesterday , I let you know that Noel Fisher ( Battle Los Angeles, Shameless) will play Michelangelo in Michael Bay’s upcoming Ninja Turtles movie. Now, it sounds like the actor could be up for an even Hotter comic book movie role, this time for Fox’s Fantastic Four Reborn
According to former Variety journalist Jeff Sneider, Fisher might be in the mix for a part in the Fantastic Four reboot, which is hoping to begin production later this year with Chronicle’s Josh Trank directing.
Upon hearing the Ninja Turtle casting announcement Sneider tweeted, “There goes the Noel Fisher scoop I’ve been holding for 2 weeks. It’s NOT the only big role he’s being eyed FOUR.”
As far as I know Fantastic Four has to be the biggest property around with Four in its name. Unless they’re casting for an incredibly young Reed Richards or an against type Thing, it’s pretty obvious that Fisher is being scouted for the role of Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch.
Again this is all speculation but what make it even more interesting is the tweet in question has since been taken down.
