According to Deadline, Gareth Edwards’ Godzilla sequel will once again feature a screenplay by Max Borenstein.
The sequel stomps into hits theaters on June 8th, 2018 and, according to Legendary’s SDCC panel, will star a few friends. (Rodan, Mothra and King Ghidorah were teased ).
Edwards will first direct the first Star Wars spin-off film and is also attached to direct a third Godzilla film. Borenstein is also providing the screenplay for the King Kong prequel Skull Island, that hits theaters on November 4, 2016 and will star Tom Hiddleston and be directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts.
