Does Power Rangers Movie Now Have A Director?

April 12th, 2015 by Todd Black 1 Comment

After some silence on the movie front, it appears that the Power Rangers movie may have found its director.

Dean Israelite, who you may know from Project Almanac, is set to direct the reboot/remake/reintroduction of the movie that’s set to take part in the universe of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Not much is still known about this film, including who the studio is looking to film the roles of the “five teenagers with attitude”, or just how connected the movie will be to its TV counterpart.

The movie is set to release June 22, 2016.
