Matt Smith Vs zombies! Come on, admit it, we had you at that, right?
Former Doctor Who lead, Matt Smith, has joined the cast of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, based on the Seth Grahame-Smith novel. Smith will play “Mr. Collins, a parson who is on the lookout for a wife and proposes to Bennett”.
The adaptation has been plagued from the start with it looking like it wouldn’t happen, but now it seems it’s moved into full flight. Heatvision are reporting that The movie will start filming on September 24th and the cast will include Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Bella Heathcote and Douglas Booth with Burr Steers directing.
Based on Jane Austen’s boo Pride and Prejudice, only the events of the book now run alongside a zombie invasion.
