It’s been a long time coming, but the modern telling of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers will begin its journey to theaters this January.
The key word here is “modern retelling”, as it’s not a reboot of the franchise (which is still going strong on television) but a modern remake of sorts of the original Power Rangers team. The movie will be directed by Dan Israelite and will hit theaters in 2017.
