Ok, so last night Michael Bay confirmed that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows would feature the most outlandish of all villains… The Krang (here).

And we, frankly, love it! But now, tonight, we get what is (essentially) our first look at the alien mastermind. And his Technodrome vehicle thanks to – shocker – a picture of the toy packaging!

And we love that he resembles The Krang from the classic series – don’t get us wrong, we love the new show, but when we see the overlord of Dimension-X, we want him grotesque, silly and in the stomach of a massive, bald man-robot.

And that is what we’re getting!

Also, check out the new figures of the Turtles, Casey Jones (Stephen Amell) and of course, Bebop and Rocksteady. Oh, and a much improved looking Shredder!

We like the first movie, this one has us giddy!

Excited? You should be…. especially of you’ve been around since the beginning of the crazy that is TMNT.

Feast your eyes on the images below and let us know your thoughts.

Here’s the toy sheets form the International Toy Catalogue:

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
