Agent Carter making an appearance on Agents of SHIELD’s final season?

Captain America’s wife, Agent Peggy Carter may be making a comeback in the final season of Agents of SHIELD.

Back in 2015, ABC produced an Agent Carter series that unfortunately wasn’t able to go past a few seasons due to lack of viewers.

That being said, new reports are claiming that actress Hayley Atwell will be reprising her role for some part in season 7 of Agents of SHIELD.

A photo from SHIELD star Ming-Na Wen’s Instagram shows bikes that the cast were all meant to be given as gifts for the end of the season, all of these have name tags on them, one of the names on there is Enver Gjokaj.

Now yes, I know that’s not Hayley Atwell, but it is the name of the actor who played Agent Carter’s lover Daniel Souza – no-one tell Cap – but why would they bring him in and not Peggy?

This picture was quickly removed, however we do happen to have a copy of it so you can see for yourself and make up your own minds.

So season 6 of Agents did end with time-travel and it’s something that Marvel isn’t a stranger to with Endgame, so there is every possibility that they could go back; I guess the only way we’ll know for sure is to watch it.

The final season of Agents of SHIELD is set to air mid 2020.
