Arguably one of the biggest villains in Game of Thrones, Walder Frey, is back for the new season of the show. Which is weird as he faced a blood end last season.

Actor David Bradley has had his appearance confirmed on his official agency résumé which was caught by the good folks over at Watchers on the Wall.

‘But how can this be?’ we hear you call, well it could be a flashback but we’re prepared to bet it will certainly look like Frey but it will actually be the now master of disguise, Arya Stark wearing his face for reasons that will undoubtedly revolve around revenge.

Don’t forget that Frey is the man responsible for one of TV’s most shocking scenes, The Red Wedding, so Arya has defeintley got an axe to grind with him… or his likeness.

What say you all? Do you think Arya will wear Frey’s face? Or is there something we’re missing?

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….

Hey would you put any weight on a theory that nymeria wasn’t nymeria after all. In season 1 when lady is sentenced to death, Ned never sentenced lady, king Robert did. It is always said Ned lived by the words “those who pass the sentence should swing the sword” so he never passed the sentence and we never actually saw him kill lady. I think he let her go. The other clue to this theory is arya saying your not her. While a lot of people think that’s referring to her saying “that’s not me” in season 1. She realized that her dad let lady go and and actually had the kind heart arya had prayed for that night back in season 1. If she is referring to Ned and her in season 1 she could still be just quoting him thinking “yeah… that’s not you either” saying she knew that he knew it was cruel and he made his own justice. Which is a very common theme on the show. (Breaking rules for greater good)
