Vin Diesel is certainly finding himself busy these days, with his work at Marvel, The Last Witch Hunter and the Fast and Furious movies, he has more than enough work to keep him busy.

Well it seems that he has even more planned for the future. In a recent interview, Diesel stated that he was looking at the possibility of a TV spin-off to the Riddick franchise – we reported this a while back.

In the interview, Diesel stated, “I have dreamt about expanding the One Race brand into television and now we’ve found the perfect creative partners in Bob [Greenblatt], Jen [Salke] and the team at Universal Television”.

As of this moment in time, I don’t want to give too much of my personal opinions on this. This is mostly due to the fact that there is next to nothing known about this project. I will admit, I do enjoy Pitch Black, and I think it is a well-made film, but I don’t know if I would be willing to follow it to other mediums. Still, it is early days yet, and for all we know, there could be a fascinating premise to this series.
